Kevin Higgins

Past Chairman

 

Kevin Higgins has served on the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Board of Trustees since its inception in 1997 and served as Chairman of the Board for three years. Higgins is a former professional baseball player with the Las Vegas Stars (now the Las Vegas 51’s) and was promoted to the Major League San Diego Padres in 1993. Still a sports enthusiast he is very involved in youth sports throughout the community coaching both soccer and baseball teams. He was recently named assistant baseball coach for the the UNLV Rebels.
