2012 Nominees are approved
The Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Induction Committee met last week and submitted their nominations to the Board of Directors. The Board unanimously approved the selections and will hold a press conference in March to make a formal announcement.

This Month in Southern Nevada Sports History

February 1999

2000 Hall of Fame Inductee Randall Cunningham was named The Most Valuable Player in the NFL for the 1999 season. He was also selected to the Pro Bowl and led his Minnesota Vikings to the NFC Championship game.

Mike Lubbe

Mike Lubbe has served on the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Board of Trustees for the five years. Lubbe is the CEO of the YMCA of Southern Nevada and has been in that position for 11 years. Mike is also an AAU Club basketball coach and is the president of the Faith Lutheran High School Booster Club.
