Terry Cottle
Compliance Officer
Terry Cottle has been on the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame Board of Trustees for over 10 years. Terry was recently elected to the position of Compliance Officer for the Board of Trustees. Terry is currently the Senior Associate Athletic Director at UNLV and has been at UNLV for over 26 years. He currently oversees the day to day operation of football, women’s track & field, cross country and the men’s and women’s tennis programs. Terry serves on several boards with many non-profit organizations in the Las Vegas Community including: Opportunity Village, Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs of Southern Nevada and the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Bill Ireland Las Vegas Chapter. Cottle was a football student-athlete at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California and earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education in 1980 before receiving his master’s degree in education from UNLV in 1985. Cottle and his wife, Catherine, have four children: Jessica, Ashley, Carly and Jason
