gerald-riggsGerald Riggs has enjoyed success on the football field at every level. From his standout days at both Bonanza High School and Arizona State to his 10-year NFR career with the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins, Riggs has been a gridiron star.
Riggs was the ninth overall pick of the Falcons in 1982 and recorded three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons in Atlanta. He played in three Pro Bowls and at the time of his retirement, Riggs had compiled 8,188 rushing yards, which were 19th best all-time.
Riggs, who now live in Atlanta, devotes much of his time watching son Gerald Riggs Jr., who is a standout running back at the University of Tennessee.
